Our Hiring Process

For technical positions (related to software development), we ask our applicants to complete a take-home technical assessment which helps give us insight into your knowledge of basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and data-driven development & application design.

Next is an in-person behavioral interview where you can share more about your experiences, interests, and goals so we can see if you possess the key qualities and soft skills to be successful at Codazen.

Interviewing is a two way street and we want to make sure that we’re as good a fit for you as you are for us. During the peer interview, you will have the opportunity to meet potential co-workers and learn about the company, position, and what a “typical day” at work looks like.

Lastly, the technical interview allows us to evaluate your thought process, approach, and problem-solving skills within a job-specific setting.
