Interviewing is a two way street and we want to make sure that we’re as good a fit for you as you are for us. During the peer interview, you will have the opportunity to meet potential co-workers and learn about the company, position, and what a “typical day” at work looks like.
Lastly, the technical interview allows us to evaluate your thought process, approach, and problem-solving skills within a job-specific setting.
