HR Coordinator Britney Lien offers her advice for prospective employees and shares her favorite snacks below.

 

What is the best part of your job?

Being able to connect with and help everyone in the office! Whether it be a small or big task, I like to know that I am making an impact in creating a positive work environment that people enjoy.

 

What is something that you would like prospective employees to know about Codazen?

Codazen has a great and supportive culture! Not only do we provide benefits such as free snacks and drinks, catered lunch and breakfast, and fun team building events, but the company also promotes open communication, values work-life balance, and invests in employees’ professional development.

 

What is the best advice you’ve received at Codazen?

“Don’t forget to take care of yourself.” These days, I think it’s easy to get so wrapped up in work that you sometimes forget to take the time to focus on yourself. Whether it’s working out, spending time with the people you love, or even taking a quick power nap in our Zen room, it is important to engage in self-care so that you can be the best version of yourself, inside and outside of work.

 

 

What is the best thing about working at Codazen?

Being able to count on my team when I need support! Whenever I am out sick or on vacation, my co-workers are always willing to cover for me and take on my duties in addition to their own. Even when I need help on certain projects, they always find a way to support me.

 

Anything else fun you can think of?

Some of my favorite snacks and drinks at Codazen are the cheddar jalapeno Cheetos and Fairlife chocolate protein shakes! Honorable mention goes to the Poppi prebiotic sodas.
