CHALLENGES

Explaining virtual reality, mixed reality, and spatial computing to mainstream audiences requires intuitive storytelling, compelling visuals, and clear educational design.

The rapid evolution from Oculus to Facebook Reality Labs and ultimately Meta introduced significant digital experience challenges. Each generation of hardware, from Oculus Rift to Meta Quest devices, introduced new features and capabilities that required scalable digital platforms capable of supporting global product launches. Brand transitions also added complexity. As Oculus integrated into Facebook and later Meta, digital experiences needed to adapt to evolving brand systems, messaging frameworks, and product narratives while maintaining continuity for users.
